Located in the main lobby of the DeltaPlex. Tickets ordered through Ticketmaster that are held for 'Will Call', or any ticket held for 'Will Call', may be picked up the day of the event as soon as doors open, typically one hour prior to event. See specific event details to verify what time the doors will be open.
All Ticketmaster ordered tickets held at 'Will Call' to be picked up must be in your name. You must also have the credit card used to place the order, your confirmation number, and a valid picture ID to pick up the tickets. This is to make sure the tickets are given to the appropriate person.
If a patron wishes to pick up tickets in a different name, they MUST have the ticket holder on record fax a signed letter to 616.559.8001 authorizing this person to claim his tickets. No tickets will be given to people other than the names provided through Ticketmaster or 'Will Call' without this prior authorization.
Along with the ability to purchase tickets at the DeltaPlex Box Office, you may also purchase them through Ticketmaster. You may call Ticketmaster at 616.456.3333 or visit any Ticketmaster location, your local D & W Fresh Market stores, Family Fare stores and Macy's.
Tickets ordered through Ticketmaster can be mailed to you or left for you at 'Will Call'. You may also purchase tickets online at the Ticketmaster website.
The DeltaPlex and Ticketmaster DO NOT issue refunds or exchanges. Dates and times are subject to change. Ticketmaster Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and are valid only for the event and seat for which they are printed.
